5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all food and beverage sales are final. Non-food merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

6. Catering Services

Catering bookings require a deposit to secure your event date. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of the event. Final headcount and payment must be completed prior to service.

7. Allergies & Food Safety

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and notifying us of allergies. Snaxican is not liable for allergic reactions or food sensitivities.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, images, recipes, and website content are the property of Snaxican and may not be copied or used without written approval.

9. Distributor Program

Distributor applications are subject to review and approval. Snaxican may terminate or revise distributor relationships at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability
